I did my 155 squats today, lower than usual like I said I would do and I’m feeling the burn everywhere again, thighs, ass, back. Also heels from putting my weight on them for longer periods of time. That “dying from the waist down” feeling came back when I was done but not nearly as bad as in the beginning.

And I checked the statistics a few months ago, more women are still raped than men prisons included (correct me if I’m wrong) but still 99% of the perpetrators are male and that saying something.
I got so busy with finals and stuff and kept forgetting to post, but I have been keeping up with my squats. Today I did 150. I don’t have that dying and can’t move feeling anymore. I guess that means my muscles have gotten stronger and/or I need to squat lower. I’ve also been feeling it in my back more. Not sure if I should be but I mostly feel the workout in my butt now. I’ll post after pics and measurements at the end of the 30 days :)
I did my 70 squats today. Thinking about flexing my gluts more did make a difference since I’m feeling the soreness in my ass too and not just my thighs. Hope I’m able to stick with this, especially with my finals starting tomorrow :/
So I forgot to do a post for day 3 but I did do my 60 squats. Today is a rest day. My thighs are still pretty sore but my ass, not so much. Maybe I’m not flexing them enough coming up on the squats :/
A friend of mine is doing this with me but he says that he’s not sore at all -____- Well, we’ll see what he says when we go to the hundreds lol >:)
Today, I did 55 squats. I can tell how out of shape I am since I’m still feeling it hours later. These daily updates are more for me to stay on track and anyone curious about the challenge I guess.
So I heard about this from a friend of mine. I’m not super curvy so I was interested. Sounds intense though, she told me she stopped after 2 weeks but I was to try anyway.

Hips: 36 in.
I’m not like praying it will make a difference, just curious about if it will and want to strengthen my legs.

Mallory is an innocent young woman who was severely beaten by her girlfriend’s brother because of her sexual orientation on Thanksgiving Day. She was invited to their home to celebrate Thanksgiving, and after eating, the brother followed the couple outside to brutally beat Mallory for “turning his sister gay” while his sister and parents watched without doing a thing. What makes it even worse is that he has been released out of jail, only being charged with 2nd degree assault. No one in their right mind can look at these pictures and agree 2nd degree assault is an appropriate charge. She has suffered from a broken nose, a rip in her nasal passage, and her cheek bones are crushed to the point where they had to insert metal plates. This sick man should be charged with Attempted Murder and should spend the rest of his days in jail. Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transvestite, black, white, Chinese, mixed…no matter WHAT you are, absolutely NOBODY deserves anything like this. This was a hate crime. Help spread the word and fight for this evil, sick man to be charged with what he deserves! Even if the courts don’t take the case any further, he WILL be judged by God in the end. My prayers go out to the friends and family of Mallory . God bless her innocent soul. Justice for Mallory!
